Strange Killstreak C.A.P.P.E.R

The C.A.P.P.E.R is a community-created secondary weapon for the Scout and Engineer. It is a retrofuturistic ray gun with team-colored fins and a well-worn, metallic, team-colored body, implying extensive use. It has a small antenna protruding from the front of the gun and a long silver wire down the lower half of the weapon, which leads to a small rocket exhaust. The C.A.P.P.E.R uses AA batteries as ammunition instead of the standard Pistol magazine.
