Gruesome Gourd

The Gruesome Gourd is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It gives the Spy a mask of a jack-o’-lantern with glowing yellow holes for the eyes, nose, and mouth.

This item has two styles, named “Paint: Flesh” and “Paint: Glow”. The “Paint: Flesh” style applies paint to the mask’s “skin”, while the “Paint: Glow” style applies it to the glowing holes. There is no difference between the two styles when the item is not painted.
